A four-day virtual program followed by a two-day in-person workshop that will provide participants with the digital literacy and leadership skills they need to be effective decision-makers in the rapidly changing policy and service delivery landscape. Led by experienced practitioners in public sector digital transformation, it will consist of four, day-long virtual sessions that will explore key concepts such as design thinking, agile methods, digital technology, and data, and offer hands-on opportunities to understand how they can be applied to the business of government. This will be followed by a two-day in-person workshop and dinner event where we will explore how as leaders you can make change to your organizations in a digital world.
